After a period of time in the Accounting Sector where Kaylah gained valuable experience in all aspects of Taxation and Business Management, Kaylah was poached by the Firm’s Partners to take up the increasingly demanding position of Business Manager.

Kaylah’s background in business management and extensive knowledge of marketing techniques made her the perfect addition to the growing Firm in need of a reliable, loyal and savvy person to manage all the financial and administrative aspects of the Firm. Kaylah was integral in the rebranding and implementation of the Firms name change and has ensured that all administrative, accounting and marketing aspects of the Firm have made a smooth transition during the successful change to the now O’Brien Winter Partners.

In 2013, Kaylah joined Christopher O’Brien, Damien O’Brien, Kristy Winter and Bradley Gabb in becoming a Partner/Shareholder of the Firm. Kaylah now manages all the day-to-day operations of the business including the management of all Financial, Marketing and Human Resource aspects.

In 2014, Kaylah was appointed as a Justice of the Peace and can further assist the Firm within this role.
