Damien is passionate about delivering the best quality service to his clients and believes a client referral is the best measure of anyone’s service.

Prior to joining the O’Brien Winter Team, Damien gained extensive national and international commercial experience with the Accor Hotel Group, based in Paris, France, Damien developed and managed national, regional and global supply agreements aimed at improving supply conditions and optimising spending.

Prior to joining the Accor Group, Damien worked for Alcatel Lucent, a global IT company, where he gained wide experience in marketing, procurement, contract management, client services, and operations.

Damien’s extensive experience led him to pursue his now field; he has a special skill in TI and Intellectual property.

Since 2012, Damien has volunteered his time to the University of Newcastle by assisting potential Law Graduates and further donates his time to the University Legal Centre for legal advice sessions. He believes the development of our youth will only contribute to a better community.

Damien volunteer’s his time to the Dixon Park Nippers and is an avid fundraiser on the pushbike.

Damien is a strong supporter of the local business community that delivers employment for the community.
